Acceptance of Terms
The website MedAssisting.org (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides various resources and information related to medical assisting education (the “Services”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with MedAssisting.org. Do not access or use the Services if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the Terms.
Changes to the Terms

You understand and agree that your access to or use of the Services is governed by the Terms effective at the time of your access to or use of the Services. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Services prior to the effective date of the changes.

The Services may be used for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Services, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- Using any automated system, including, without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Services.

- Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of MedAssisting.org.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedAssisting.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and MedAssisting.org that arises in whole or in part from the Services shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United States of America.
General Terms
If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion of the Agreement will be construed to reflect the parties original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.
Your acceptance of these Terms, and your use of the Site, do not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship with us. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The headings and captions of these Terms are for convenience only and are not to be used in the interpretation of these Terms.
